The Ayurvedic Soaks are based upon centuries-old Ayurvedic therapies that support balance and bliss in your life. The Ayurvedic therapeutic organic soaks offered are customized to your particular needs. Crystal will use specific oils, herbs, and aromas chosen to provide you with optimal balance and nourishment for your mind-body constitution (dosha) which are called  Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Balancing of the body type will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a sense of peace and happiness. 30min./$40

Please download the Ayurvedic Intake Form to determine if your dosha is Kapha, Pitta, or Vata. If possible, print it out and bring it with you already filled out, otherwise you will have to fill out another form when you arrive for your session.

• Kalpa (uplifting)
Kapha is the Ayurvedic name for the force that causes oiliness, water retention and heaviness.
