Booking Appointments
Please call 928-399-0887 to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. You are advised to make advanced bookings to ensure your preferred time and date are available. You must call (not email) to change or cancel an appointment. See Cancellation Policy. Payment Accepted forms of payment: ATM machines are located at all the major banks in Sedona. There is a small credit card fee through Square when using a credit card. You will receive an invoice via email when you make your appointment and a confirmation email. With the new 'PayPal Here' Credit Card Reader Crystal can process your credit card info. at time of service. The option of Crystal’s gift certificates is also available. Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to Crystal and other clients, you are required to provide at least 48 hours notification of cancellation for a single 70 or 100 minute scheduled session or you will be charged the full price. Sometimes I am closed on Sunday, so to cancel an appointment for Monday please call on Friday or early Saturday. If you have scheduled two hours or more (whether it is one, two, three sessions etc.) including an Interception Session or a Soul Reviving Ritual, or sessions for two or more individuals on the same day or days, a 7 day notification of cancellation is required due to the extended length of time. Otherwise you will be charged the full price of the session or sessions. This policy is enforced to avoid no-shows and cancellations made too late to be re-booked. Thank you for your understanding. Punctuality Please shower prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have scheduled an Ayurvedic Session please fill out the Ayurvedic Dosha Intake Form and email Crystal your Dosha asap. Both forms are conveniently located on the website to download and print out in advance, at your convenience. Late Appointment Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved and your chosen session is prepared especially for you. Please take this time seriously as you will be charged starting at the time you confirmed. Gratuity Gratuities are not included in the prices of the services and are always appreciated. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion, 20% is customary. Refunds and Exchanges Gift certificates are not refundable, however the gift certificate value may be exchanged for other services. Gift Certificates Let Crystal help you with the perfect gift for special people in your life. Gift Certificates for any service may be purchased by phone. However, Crystal will need to speak with the client directly to set up the date and time. Electronics To preserve the tranquility of a peaceful environment, you are respectfully requested to turn off your cell phone, laptop, ipod, etc. and leave them in another room. Eco-Environment No smoking near the area used for your mobile service, refrain from any colognes and perfumes, and avoid wearing make-up, if possible, until after your treatment.
