- Please call 928-399-0887 to book all appointments.
- Appointments can't be completely booked through text or email.
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments and this can't be done through text or email.
- It is best to make advanced bookings to ensure your preferred time and date are available. However, due to some rescheduling a same day session might be possible.
- Last minute evening appointments are not possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the reservation are refundable, minus a 5% credit card fee.
- For cancellations between 72 hours and 14 days before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable, but no additional payment is required.
- Cancellations within 72 hours require full payment.
- For partial cancellations within 72 hours, you are welcome to split the time among the remaining members of your group.
- For cancellations otherwise nonrefundable, I am happy to refund your deposit minus a 5% processing fee if I can rebook the time with other guests for the same duration.
- No shows are treated as cancellations without notice.

Hours of Operation
- My hours are daily from 8:00am to 7pm.
- There is an additional charge if you would like to book before or slightly after these times.
Prepare for your session / sessions
- Please shower prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Ladies, your massage will be more enjoyable if you shave your legs.
- Have a quiet space ready for your massage, healing session and / or spa service.
- If you have chosen to elevate your session to include a professional towel warmer filled with hot stones and hot towels please make sure there is an outlet available.
- To get the most out of your healing session, plan ahead. Plan time before and after your session to just be. Turn off the TV and stay off your phone.
- If possible, it's helpful if you can have a peaceful soak before your healing session.
- It's also advantageous to have healthy food and filtered water to enjoy the day of your healing session and stay in afterwards. It's best to avoid alcohol.
Late Appointment Arrivals
- Your appointment time is reserved and your chosen session is prepared especially for you so you must be at your home, bed & breakfast, hotel or vacation rental before for your scheduled time.
- Please take this seriously as you will be charged starting at the time you confirmed.
My Arrival
- I arrive approximately 15-20 minutes before the start of your session and even earlier if there are multiple services or sessions for a group.
- If possible, I bring everything to the front door before I bring anything in.
- If you have chosen to elevate your massage or healing session with a professional towel warmer filled with organic hot towels and hot stones I will bring it in first and plug it in right away.
- Once I am shown where the area is that will be used for the session, please relax in another room and allow me to set up my table and get everything ready in a peaceful manner.
- It is not appropriate to insist on helping me set-up or take down my equipment.
- Please make sure you have enough time for your session and not try to squeeze it in between various activities. A rushed environment is not relaxing.
Gratuity
- Gratuities are not included in the prices of the services and are always appreciated.
- All gratuities are at the client’s discretion, 20%-25% has become a standard for Mobile Massage, but again, you can tip whatever you like, it is not mandatory.
Gift Certificates
- Let Crystal help you with the perfect gift for special people in your life.
- Gift Certificates for any service may be purchased by phone and mailed or emailed.
- After they receive their gift certificate,, Crystal will need to speak with the client to set up the session, date time.
- Gift certificates are not refundable.
- The gift certificate value may be increased to include a spa service or add-on service.
Eco-Environment / Electronics
- No smoking near the area used for your mobile service.
- Refrain from using any colognes, perfumes, and heavy essential oils.
- Avoid wearing make-up.
- To preserve the tranquility of a peaceful environment you must leave all electronics in another room including cell phones on silent mode.
- There shouldn't be any noises during your session /sessions from loud televisions, music or loud talking by other guests.
Alcohol, Narcotics, Marijuana or other drugs are not allowed before or during any session
- Any of these choices will void your session immediately and you will be responsible to pay the full amount.
Crude Comments or Sexual Advancements are NOT Acceptable
