The Ayurvedic Wraps are based upon centuries-old Ayurvedic therapies that support balance and bliss in your life. The revitalizing and therapeutic treatments offered are customized to your particular needs. Crystal will use specific oils, herbs, and aromas chosen to provide you with optimal balance and nourishment for your mind-body constitution (dosha) which are called Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Balancing of the body type will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a sense of peace and happiness.
Please download the Ayurvedic Intake Form to determine if your dosha is Kapha, Pitta, or Vata in order for the correct Ayurvedic Synergy be prepared for your session. If possible, print it out and bring it with you already filled out, otherwise you will have to fill out another form when you arrive for your session. Ayurvedic Detoxifying Seaweed Wrap This session begins with a light dry brushing, that refreshes and stimulates the skin and lymphatic followed by a cleansing aromatic salt scrub infused with essential oils for your dosha (kapha, pitta, or vata) along with therapeutic minerals in organic sesame oil to increase blood circulation. After a rinse in the rainfall shower detoxifying seaweed and herbs will be brushed on to initiate liposis of fat and detoxify the skin. While cocooned you will receive a hair and scalp treatment with bhringaraj oil. After a rinse in the rainfall shower, using your dosha body wash, a healing and restoring cream* infused with the same ayurvedic synergy for your dosha will be applied. 90min./$155 Organic ear candling is a great enhancement to this treatment. For maximum effectiveness have this session at the beginning or during a detox program. Ayurvedic Women's Balancing Herbal Wrap A customized body treatment suited to calm and relax your dosha/body type (Kapha, Pitta or Vata) and nourish female energy. Indulge in an Ayurvedic grape seed body scrub to buff away the dry areas. After a rinse in the rainfall shower soothe the body with a wrap containing an exotic blend of herbs specifically formulated to calm and balance the female body while stabilizing hormonal fluctuations. After a rinse in the rainfall shower using your dosha bodywash an ayurvedic revitalizing hyaluronic hydrating moisturizer*, specifically for your dosha, is then applied to the entire body. 90min./$155 Combine either treatment above with a Therapeutic Organic Ayurvedic Luxury Soak, and/or Massage with the Ayurvedic Synergy for your body type. An Ayurvedic Balancing Ritual is offered under Soul Reviving Rituals *At the conclusion of each Therapeutic Organic Ayurvedic Wrap an application of a light body cream envelopes the body in a deeply relaxing sensation, nourishes & softens the skin with a silky, yet non greasy feel. An organic ayurvedic herbal tea infusion, unique to your session, will be served at any of the relaxation areas (outdoor areas, weather permitting.) Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
