Crystal will use specific oils, herbs, and aromas chosen to provide you with optimal balance and nourishment for your mind-body constitution (dosha) which are called Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Balancing of the body type will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a sense of peace and happiness.
Please download the Ayurvedic Intake Form to determine if your dosha is Kapha, Pitta, or Vata. You must email Crystal in advance in order for the correct Ayurvedic Synergy can be prepared for your session. If possible, print it out and bring it with you already filled out, otherwise you will have to fill one out when you arrive for your session. Crystal schedules at least 20 minutes between sessions which allows her to provide a peaceful, unrushed environment for all her clients.
